Job Description:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc.
• Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements.
• Candidate should be proficient in using Job Portals and Networking sites to mine for suitable candidates.
• Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent.
• Follow up with candidate during the interview stage.
• Maintain database and other reports as required.
• Good communication (Verbal & Written).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Preliminary screening/short-listing the right candidates for the position.
• Coordinating for the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
• Follow up on the feedbacks.
• Follow up with the candidate till onboard.
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
• Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. Maintaining Joint resume database Computer savvy. 
• Good communication and convincing skills. Flexible regarding work timings.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates working IT Corporate Recruitment in BI, BW, DWH technologies encompassing, Informatica, Business Objects, Microstrategy, OBIEE, SAP, ODI, SAP Hana amp; Sales Force.
