The ability to identify qualified candidates for various projects, contacting them through cold calling and capturing their interest directly source working job candidates from competitors organizations.
Prepare candidate resume, any supporting documents and prep candidates for interviews.
A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates working IT Corporate Recruitment in BI, BW, DWH technologies encompassing, Informatica, Business Objects, Microstrategy, OBIEE, SAP, ODI, SAP Hana amp; Sales Force.
Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. Maintaining Joint resume database Computer savvy. Good communication and convincing skills. Flexible regarding work timings .
Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner
