Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitments.

Sourcing of profiles as per the Job Description.

Screening candidates profiles vis–vis the JD.

Scheduling interviews in coordination with the respective Department Heads.

Collect relevant documents from shortlisted candidates for offer discussion.

Co- ordination for Medicals.

Appointment Letter Generation.

Weekly tracking of “to join” candidates & intimation to businesses.Support on-boarding related activities

Tracking Induction of new joinees.

Taking care of Exit formalities.

Initiate BGV & Coordinate for Insufficiency cases and ensure closures.

Documentation & Data Management.

Candidate Profile:

Required Skill Set :-

Any Graduate with minimum experience of 3 months to 1 year in Recruitment.

Excellent Communication Skills

Possess hands on experience on MS Office

Good Academic track record

Attention to details & Enthusiastic for a growth path in HR as a career.
