- Excellent Communication & Articulation Skills.
- Handling calls and resolving the queries.
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Provide Back end services to Clients.
- Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to End Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
- Graduate freshers in any stream can appear.
- Any Management Graduates 2016 freshers and BE/BTech also can appear.
- Transportation provided.
