Job Description:

Listening to superior’s requirement and follow the instructions immediately;

• Follow up with generated leads via telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling to for the effective turn ups in sales.
• Responding appropriately to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing & potential markets.
• Creating detailed reports for the call logs on daily bases.
• Recording sales & their activities and sending copies to the sales reports office, or entering figures into a computer system.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gaining a clear understanding of superior’s requirements.
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Produce call reports.
• Energetic & Positive Attitude.
• Efficient in M.S. Office.
• Passionate to Grow and Learn.
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Listening skills.
• Preferred from commercial refrigeration industry.
